Meet Allen
For a long time, Allen worked as a truck driver and a restaurant cook, both trades inspired by his father. Sadly, he was afflicted with serious health issues and is now unable to work. Despite this, he helps out as much as possible around the Mission. Allen is always the first to volunteer when a staff member or client needs help. At the same time, Allen is working with the Mission's social worker to find stable housing and qualify for necessary benefits.
